St Bartholonew and St John’s Mothers’ Union organised a collection for an assortment of items for the International Aid Trust for distribution to the people of Ukraine.
Our MU members, the wider church community of St Bartholomew and St John’s as well as our friends and neighbours collected, amongst many other things, medicines, toiletries, sleeping bags, candles, coats, batteries etc etc etc
May we take this opportunity to thank all those who donated generously to this worthy cause.
Julie, from the International Aid Trust, based in Tarleton, gave us an interesting and informative talk and a slide show on how this charity organisation operates in Ukraine as well as other countries throughout the world that are in need of vital resources.
